Worked under senior project manager through a contracted period. Took and organized notes for all staff and client meetings. Updated all timelines for ongoing projects. Notified senior project manager when timelines shifted, contacting any other staff that would be effected. Updated Basecamp on a daily basis with all current deliverables and information. Ran post-mortems for all completed projects.
